It's probably been made so all CCXs can have their own VCache. Increase in cache amount (assuming it's not smaller partitions), decrease in latency in both memory fetching as well as a decrease in core parking/scheduling errors and as a result latency. Simplifying core parking is a big deal considering MS can't seem to get it right.
