Western Digital announce 4 TB Hybrid Drive

Western Digital have announced a 4 TB hybrid drive with SATA Express. Bringing SSD like Speeds with prices similar to standard Hard Drives.

64mb cache that's huge . And if the prices stay within reach of other 4tb drives as you state above , then this should be a no brainer .

It has a SSD inside the drive... but still not as fast as a true ssd. Don't see the point in it tbh. I'd rather get a 1TB ssd and then if i need more just get a big external drive for whatever.
