just got 2.5-3-4-6 any good?

sounds pretty good. Just try Tightening Timings... So you will see how high you can get. I have the DDR 400 Version so i cant tell ya but i got 2.5-3-3-6 on 220*11 Stabil in Prime 95.

iloveamd , the general rule when loosening or tightening the ram timings work as

2,3,3,6

2.5,3,3,6

2.5,4,3,6

2.5,4,4,8

3,4,4,8

have a higher Trp value of 4 , while having a lower Trcd value of 3 will not help much. If you cant get 2.5-3-3-6 , then try 2.5-4-3-6 . Loosen your Trcd value first.

bourne now's his stuff lol

thank you all for soo many reppies :) .

but just trying to help someone :D

Although knowing that your ram has hynix chips , I would say you wont get much speed out of them till you relax the timings to around 2.5-4-4-8 or 3-4-4-8 . Hynix is happy running at higher clock speeds but wants looser timings.
