Water Cooling Case for XSPC Rasa RX360

I'm looking for a water cooling case to replace my HAF 922. I'm open to suggestions, but I'd like to keep the price reasonable (less than $250 CDN). Having a built-in fillport is necessary, but not a deal breaker if I can easily mod one in. As far as WC goes, I'm a noob so I'm looking at the XSPC's Rasa kit. I don't know if I should go with the RX360 or the RS360 though.

There is more space, for a thick rad in haf932.

If you just want to cool the CPU get the RS - anything else and you will really need the RX.

TBH for the price difference Id get the RX anyways, but just bare in mind that the more blocks you add the better pump you will need.

Thanks for the quick responses. I'll be going for the HAF 932 Advanced & XSPC Rasa RX360. I'm thinking of doing push/pull as ambient temps in the summer can get up to 40+ C(It's 30C now). Should I get low speed or high speed fans to replace the stock ones and will there be be any performance difference?
