Watch Dogs 2 PC system requirements - game delayed on PC

I wonder if it will be subject to the usual Ubisoft downgrades like Far Cry 3, Various Assassins Creeds, The Division, Rainbow Six Siege etc.... -

This is immensely poop... The E3 looks rather stunning, but when they show the retail, it looks directly like an old COD game and I'd personally feel tricked and ripped off.

As what you've been shown at E3, that is what you expect it to look like when you buy it.
