They are most likely going to be talking about a 32 core Threadripper 2 CPU.
All the cooling companies are talking about the power specifications AMD gave them. A 40% increase over the 180w TR1 CPU. So 250watts. A 70watt increase. Definitely going to compete with a 28 core Intel CPU..
