what case is this going int to? what system specs do you have?
you might look into something a bit more practical or functional, but we can wait for your specs.

airdeano

For an extra 10er you can get the high range aircoolers or for 20-30 more you can grab the h100.

I would wait until you get the new board and cpu, h100 prices may have changed by then. I know people using cm 212s on the 2500k and temps are perfectly fine.

Wait, in your sig it says you have an i5 2500, is that the non k version? If it is then I personally really would not recommend getting an H100 or a NH-D14, I would personally go with a 212 plus.

Seeing as you're on a H67 mobo and a non K CPU i'd go with a Hyper 212 Evo at the very most, anything above that would be a waste as you can't OC your CPU

If you want the best of the best in air cooling, it has to be the Noctua NH-D14. It will keep a 2500K very cool even with a hefty overclock :)

i be upgrading yes soon with a 2500k

I don't really think it would be worth upgrading tbh, let alone to a 2500K when the 3570K exist. If you want to overclock the K chip you'll need a new mobo too, a good Z77 one such as an MSI G45 or GD55 will set you back another £100 - £120 on top of the £170 that the 3570K seems to be going for lately, and then there's the price of a good heatsink on top of that such as the Phanteks PH-TC14PE or NH-D14 which will set you back a good £60-£70, or alternatively there's the NZXT Havik 140 which is about £50 or so. So in total it would be between £320 and £360 which could be better spent elsewhere
