Well that's how it would seem, but Newegg doesn't have a "replacement" option. They give you a replacement if what you send them is unrepairable, which is my case.
 
I just RMAed my ram and the "repair RMA" is supposed to be replacement if it's under 90 days:

RMA Repair: RMA Repair means you would like to send the item back for replacement (Products which are older than 90-days may be replaced with repaired merchandise).

MSI has super poor quality control... They've also never been known for making a good overclocking board either.

The ones I've had either sucked ass or died doing nothing but standard computing.

Bad experiences with MSI.
