Voltage spikes or CPU-Z misread?

Im testing overclocks again on my CPU (1100t) and I set the voltages manually to about 1.52 (rounded off) but during stress tests the voltages seem to jump from 1.47 to 1.64 and back again.

Ive double checked and cool 'n' quiet is off so there is no speed changes - Is this just a misread or suddden spikes?

I fold 24/7 so these voltages are a huge concern for me as I dont want my cpu to end up as an expensive paper weight!

What are the volts like when the CPU is idle?

usually the voltage drops whenever the CPU is under load so that would be explainable, but I'm not sure why it would spike upwards.

it does the same thing at idle and at stock too.

cool n quiet is off so it should stay at the same speeds and when LCC is off the system crashes just after boot

Could you check if it does the same when you're in the BIOS?

It might just be a program glitch.

the bios doesnt give real time readings to anything other than temps
