ANyone know of a program that I can use to create partitions in Vista?

vista still use's NTFS partitions, think they ditched winfs at the last minute. someone might need to correct me on this. so you should be able to use the old tools like partition magic (even though i hate it!!)

None of the above work :( I tried Acronis Disk Director Suit but when it's synchronizing drives it doesn't work =( It says it can't write to drive 1, any ideaS?

use the disk manager in vista?

Ok guys, well I'm reformatting my computer now and have backed up my data. I want to create a partition when installing Vista now, how can I do that? I know it's possible to partition the hard drive when installing a new OS right?

In XP it's simply an option when it asks to install, you just hit "create partition" however, I'm not exactly sure with Vista, but look for an option like that.

Made my partition a while ago formatting now. Thanks for your help though! I really might be leaving Vista soon though.

Good Luck, why would you be going away from Vista? Although I can think of many reasons I am just wondering.
