no intel says 1,52 is ok for sandy bridge and well i run it at 1,5 volts since january without problems
You got any source for that m8?? sounds crazy!

You got your facts wrong mate. It is wise to listen to TTL and the others. You have been given numerous warnings and don't be surprised when your computer poops out on you when you least expect it.
He says he is going to upgrade every year so he doesn't care![]()
I thought Intel spec sheet for 35nm chips says 1.37Vmax.
I think that that is intels max VID (mainly because they start at .25V and go up in 256 increments (FF)). So I think 1.52V is too high. Just because you haven't had any problems in 6 months to a year with a ridiculous voltage doesn't mean that it is going to last another 6 months or a year. The 32nm gates are more sensetive to voltage and I'm pretty sure 1.52V was way over the limit for the 45nm chips.
1.55 - 1.57 is the limit for a 1090t - which is 45nm - from my own experience.
1.5 - 1.53 is fine
lol.. 1.5v isn't really that high (maybe for standard cooling.. but even water should be fine with it)

my 59 multi chip.. 56 multi seems the strogest and gives me best option for memory clocks![]()
I thought running mine 24/7 at 1.44v was crazy. But damn near 1.5v?!![]()
Are you talking about your Phenom II in your sig? Because we're talking about INTEL recommendations on CPU voltages.
