yea to get to 5ghz it just crazy to me iam not comfortable with going this high but had a feck it moment and wanted to see how far my 2500k would go.

i run my i7 2600k with 5 ghz and 1,5 volts 24/7 over half a year now and everything is fine
It might be running fine now but don't expect it to last long running those volts constantly. Intel recommends 1.38v maximum for a reason![]()
