UT99 + UTDC + Windows 7 x64 Build 7600 = Fail?

hey guys iam having a similiar issue with ut99 when ever i try to join a server with UTDC and when UTDC gets loaded i crash to desktop saying UTDC Crash

on non utdc server everything goes fine but still idk cant figure out how to fix this
