Since i am running a decent gaming rig: i5 2500k 4.5 ghz, noctua nh c14, cooler master extreme power plus 700w, ocz vertex 3 60gb, intel 330 128 gb, samsung 500 gb hdd, msi z68 g43 b3, evga gtx 670

What will be the ideal case for this rig? i may upgrade mb soon so i can run a SLI of gtx 670 :)!

Here the ambient temps are: 26-32c so its important that the case will give me enough cooling!

The HAF X and the Storm Trooper both have a good cooling perfomance, any decent case will cool that hardware, out of the two you've listed just go for the case you think looks better

have to agree with Tom the HafX while a great case is dated I'd go with the Trooper or Stryker. Or my personal favorite the Switch 810

i have a Cooler Master HAF case, its a good case to keep your rig cool, mine sucks up a S*** load of dust, it could be used as a hoover. id go for a storm trooper, but get a window side panel, otherwise you might get a dust problem like me.

I also have the CM haf x and love it, tho it is true it gathers a considerable amount of dust. I would go for a stryker or the 810.

seems you guys need some more powerful fans to boost internal pressure
a bit.. or are the filters missing? if the balance is a lil positive, there shouldn't
be dust.. try running your exhaust as an intake fan.. it does have alot of mesh

airdeano

i dont think its a pressure issue, they running 600rpm on 230mm fans or 220, cant remember, and changing the exhaust and intake wont change anything, i use the top and back fan to exhaust so running other way wouldnt change anything. fans just suck in the dust threw the side panel fan, cant be helped really.
