Update To Driver Removal Guide

Just a FYI, For any wondering about the guides, It will be another few weeks yet until I put up the updated organized Nvidia and AMD driver removal guides due to a mahoosive amount of work coming my way.

I took them down as they looked quite unorganized and messy, The new ones shall look pretty ^_^
