Bummer. Well, it makes F40 more manageable I suppose. What does the "pedals" UI element show in-game?
 
I'm sure you guys have set a few good times around the ring......I'm getting back into AC so what's a good time to lap the ring ...(not fussed on the car, so any will do)
 
I might be tempted with this one, especially if it turns out to be better than the first two...


What sort of drift setup do you run in AC?
I normally use the E30 in drift mode and make sure assists are off with 50% stability and MAX Tyre Pressure.

Even with a broken thumb I can reach lv 8 :)

New update delayed till next friday 2nd May... v0.9 + multiplayer!?

Assetto Corsa Multiplayer in about an hour. So when are we going to have a community race? I will place last because mouse steering sucks.

oooh, sounds like a decent plan.
My wheel is broken (gas pedal doesn't go to 100%, even with tweaks to software) so I'll be repping team Keyboard.

Mouse steering sucks, but it's still a lot better than keyboard steering. Give it a try.
 
looks like I'm gonna own you guys then, my wheel works flawlessly :D

In all seriousness though I still haven't nailed the apex's on any tracks...and not really raced on nurburgring at all.
 
Assetto Corsa gone to v 0.9 and now has an Alpha Multiplayer...

Note, to be able to join a race your best bet is to search by B (booking mode)

I can't find any servers at all. Opening ports and disabling the firewall didn't help so i gave up.
 
First AS exam is tomorrow, got a client coming to my studio in 2 hours and it needs tidying, I haven't eaten at all today... Time to fire up Corsa.
 
Anyone know how to make a private multiplayer race session ie anyone know how we could setup a race session so only oc3d members could can join to race against each other.

On a side note anyone fancy a race?

There is a tutorial on the forums on how to setup a server, looked pretty easy.

Cool I will have a look tomorrow.

Have been getting back into this over the last week and with the addition of multiplayer it should be really fun. I have some cool skins for various cars and even a modded version of the nordschliefe which runs well.

Which version do you have? I run v0.4.3 by snoopy, there is another version around which is an rF 1 conversion iirc, but it's a lot worse.
