Had the same thought. Lian Li is all about smooth/clean surfaces and simple design. The blue strips takes it towards Antec.

I am really torn between keeping the strip or not. It looks much better in person then it does in the pictures and I think it adds a bit of character to the front. I may end up taking them out when I see how it looks with the window and LED strips. Thanks for the feedback!

I don't like the strip, but then it's not my rig so if you like it you keep it.

Might just be the colour. Maybe clear/white would look better, but still think nothing at all would be best.

Well, we'll see how it looks with the LED's in the front. If it does not suit the case with the blue strip then I will remove it, if however it does look the part it will be left on.

I will most likely replace the centre piece with acrylic so those massive cut-outs don't show. Anyway, here it is with it's guts taken out.

Cannot decide which pump to get, the Koolance PMP450, Swiftech MCP355, Danger Den CPX-Pro, EK DCP 4.0
I am more concerned about noise over anything else really. Also I will be using a fair amount of tubing because I may be cooling the motherboard as well as the CPU and GPU.


LED strips, just need to get some fan pins and connectors.

Alphacool VPP655 is a pretty outstanding pump. Best of the D5's.

I am quite interested on the danger den cpx pro because I have heard good things about it, plus it is half the price of the d5's.

I have a koolance pmp450 but it issuer loud in my opinion. I also have an mcp355 which I have never used.

Ok, I cannot decide between getting a second Koolance PMP450 then get an EK Dual D5 Top, or stick with my single PMP450 and get the Bitspower Mod Kit and EK D5 X-Top CSQ.
If I got the second PMP450 neither would have the mod kit.
