Just wondering if anyone else is using EFI + GPT.
I just built a new system and decided to give EFI a go.
I had to create new install media for windows7 x64 and prep it differently. (it installed really quickly and no problems booting etc)
Then I had fun installing archlinux to EFI + GPT. (took a while and ended up hacking it a bit using the EFI shell v2 to get grub efi to show in bios as the default boot option)
Is anyone else using it? :huh:
I asked some people who I game with and they are all using MBR with windows7 despite them having new systems.
