turning a dell inspiron 8200 laptop into a games server

Hi (hello everyone!!!)

I have an old dell inspiron 8200 laptop (512mb ram, ati mobility 9000 intel mobile p4 2.2ghz) I wondered whether i could mod it into a games server. I could change the hard drive to a fast 7200 rpm 60gb drive like in the dell xps laptops. I could rip off the keyboard and mount 2 120mm fans over it. Could i water-cool the cpu and gpu, as they're laptop models? I could add another 512mb of ram in. Think it would go any faster?

well thes specs aint that that bad apart from the memory... u need at least 2gb to be running a server.

Would I be okay if I wanted to run a 12-man server over a 1gb/second lan network for a LAN party? (And show off a cool water-cooled laptop to my mates)
