True Spirit 140 vs Freezer A30

Hey guys,
i have a fx 8350 and want to upgrade from stock cooling i have about 30 pounds to spend. which one of these two coolers are better.

i would take the a30 just for the direct contact heat pipes.

go for the freezer a30 but onlu if you have low profile ram

so you guys think that a30 will be a better cooler (dont care about the noise) even with spirit 140 with 2 fans and 6 heatpipes?

edit: I do have low profile ram
