A colleague of mine gave me his old TRS-80 Color Computer 2...
Since I'm interested in hardware history, I accepted it.

Now, I was wondering where I could find some old floppies and cartridges for it... Or would it be best to get rid of it/sell it (and hand over the profits to my colleague)?

What he gave me:
TRS-80 Color Computer 2
+ 2 floppy disk drives and a bag of floppies together with a case to store those
+ a few cartridges (tennis and chess)
+ matrixprinter (small one)

(If it would be best to sell it, any idea what it's worth?)

If I can't find any good use for it, I could also convert it to a mITX-build ofcourse...

Sub'd. This was my first computer. There were a few good titles. Now to find a joystick to go with it. I played a lot of flight simulator on that. The only downside is the it did not have sound until the Co Co 3 came out.

It would be good to learn Color Basic on. There is also a lot of mods floating about.

I actually just received an offer of €50 for it...
Do you reckon that's a decent price?

If it's not, I'll start buying some new hardware to convert it to mITX :p

If its a working system, I would sell it before I gutted it. Cutting its case for a proper keyboard would be tough. I don't think it would look good with an external keyboard attached.

I would let a collector buy or trade for it. I hate to see vintage systems like that get hacked up personally.

Now too bad that is not a Gateway 2000 case, I would be all over that mod lol.
