We had the tribute to the life of Steve Irwin today here in Queensland, about an hour away from where I live. The Missus recorded the whole thing, but in the event that none of you saw it or get to see it, I can convert the footage and make it available. It'll more than likely be aired on Discovery channel and others, but if you want to see it, lemme know. It was extremely moving to say the least, especially when Bindi, Steve's daughter got up and acknowledged her fathers work.

PV :)

I wouldn't mind seeing it mate, and I wont get a chance to catch it on TV because well... I don't have a TV :p

 not even a tv card?

Nopers, not even a tv tuner card. I don't care much for TV, all I watch is Lost and I go to my parents every wednesday to catch that on the 72" HD awesomeness :)

Hey PV I did happen to catch a little bit of it on the discovery channel and I can't agree with you more when Bindi went up on stage to say what she wrote, it's amazing to see how strong she is when faced with her father's death.

The animal kingdom conspired for the death of Steve Irwin. Otherwise he wasn't a bad guy, a bit annoying at times, but otherwise pretty sweet.

Dunno about BBC, we're Australian lol. We have ABC, and it is the tribute that happened yesterday actually at the Australia Zoo.
