Tomorrow Halo 5 Forge will receive a custom games browser on PC

Excellent. I'll definitely be giving this a go tomorrow night; I've been a long time fan of Halo since playing co-op in the original with mates (damn, I was 11!).

I used to enjoy playing Halo online too but like hell am I paying for Xbox LIVE Gold for my Xbox One when I do the vast majority of my gaming on a PC these days.

Because 5 bucks a month is hard? Side note - if you and a friend share gold you dont have to pay for gold...they would let you bum off there gold (can only be done with one friend and yes completely legal and does not void TOS of xbox; xbox / ms made this a thing).

For reference and point of fact - I share gold with my brother who is in another state here in the US and he hasn't had gold for about 8 months and still is able to play online and do everything as if he had gold since he is bumming of my gold; we split the cost and he gave me 30 bucks since I bough gold).

It's not really about the cost, it's about what I use. I can afford to have Xbox LIVE, Netflix, LoveFilm, etc all at once if I wanted but when my life is so busy and my media habits mean that I can literally go months without using them why shouldn't I save myself £20 a month and put it in savings for my next round of hardware; something I actually use on a day-to-day basis?

Although that sharing thing is interesting. Thanks for teaching me something I didn't know.

I couldn't care less if they don't. It was absolutely terrible

When I had the XB1 Elite very recently for maybe less than a week before I sent it back for a refund I played Halo 5 for maybe an hour and had to turn it off as the FOV was making me feel ill, It must be around a 40 setting, Really horrible hence I wish it and other halo games came to PC so we could have a more realistic FOV setting of 90.

Ok but that doesn't change the fact that the story was garbage, good FOV or not:p
Easily worst Halo of all time. Including ODST.
