Tom Clancy's The Division will be free to play this weekend

Is the lighting supposed to look so terrible? Maxed settings. Also the game crashes now when i go fullscreen. Isn't this game like a year old already? How is this possible?

Deleted my settings folder, after that the visuals were fine, but the game kept crashing when going back to fullscreen. Disabling DX12 fixed that, the framerate took a massive hit though.
