Rebecca is no longer responding, I'm now dealing with someone called henner.
Response after receiving returned Item.
"Dear
we have received your return in best condition.
Due to an EAN error we are unfortunately not able to deliver the ordered article.
We are sending our offers to Amazon, according to special EAN number. Amazon has to assign them to the right articles. In this case they have assigned the article wrongly. Therefore this error has occured.
Is there perhaps another article which could be suitable?
Perhaps you will find an object of your liking in the same price range (regardless of which product group) from our shop www.amazon.co.uk/avides
If you find something interesting please let us know directly by mail at [e-mail address removed] so that we can amend your data accordingly.
If you don't find an alternative product, we would refund the money via Amazon immediately.

Your response in unsatisfactory on several key points.
Firstly to blame Amazon for an EAN error which you created by placing a sticker (for which I have photographic evidence) stating the EAN of a Maximus IV Extreme-Z motherboard over the original manufacturers sticker can't be blamed upon Amazon, Amazon never had the device in their possession and I'm sure would be quite aggreived to be blamed in this case.
Secondly I do not believe that Amazon have any involvement in setting item pricing and in this particular case, you priced the board at £219 (high end motherboard bracket) where the market value for the P8Z68-V Pro board is more in the £140-150 (mid range) region.
If I were to select another device then it would not be of equivalent price it would be of equivalent performance and the only item you list which would meet this requirement would be the Maximus IV Extreme REV 3.0 although this is also missing some functionality of the device I ordered.
