TITAN XP upgrade : 2080ti or new titan ?

Titan XP is basically a 1080 Ti and the 1080 Ti is only around 30% slower than a 2080 Ti, Personally I'd wait, This new gen is terrible value for money.

We have less of a performance upgrade now going from 1080 Ti to 2080 Ti than we did from the 980 Ti to 1080 Ti yet now the price is 60% more, Terrible value for money.

Stay with what you have.

Nvidia hasn't announced a new Titan, so an RTX 2080Ti is your only option if you want to upgrade now.

It ultimately comes down to whether or not you think the spend is worth it. I'd wait a while to see how things like DLSS pan out, as that is where we get the decent gen-over-gen performance upgrade over Pascal.

Do you need the extra performance in your games and are prepared to pay a very high price for it?

If no then leave it. All of the features of the 20 series haven't even come to fruition yet, so you may have a long wait. By which time of course the next gen will be out.
