omg - i can get a 1090 to 4.5+ stable - easily - lol
it is a little harder with a 1055, as it has a locked multiplier, and needs over 1.52v to achieve it, and is also very dodgy on air with it. (please see my 'best' sig)
i just need to be grateful of the cold weather, as i would never get speeds like that in summertime
My 1090 wouldn't post with a 300Mhz bus, but that might be due to value ram (not worth it for premium ram). How did you get 4.5Ghz stable? 4.3Ghz is shakey for me and 4.4 dies within 10 minutes of stressing.
And yes, tis the season to be clocking, been snowing where I am today (some pit in the centre of England, I'll let you figure that one out).
