This timings any good?

if this is the ddr in your sig then that is 'reasonable'.. I say that because some ddr will do 2-2-2-8...

My DDr2 will do 4-3-3-6

Normal cas 3 vauleram, not as much room for overclocking as cas 2 but if you are not looking to do much then it's fine.

Cas 2.0... That sounds wáy too tight. Tigher means faster but will also stress your memory more. Too much stress, and it refuses to work. CPU-z displayed 4/4/4/5 which is really slow for your ram, but I'd stick with 3.0 if it works.

If your getting 2's out of cas 3 ram then that isn't bad, they musta been going for the very safe timings when they rated that ram.

Is there any particular reason why you added a random 512mb stick to your setup? I would think you'd be better off just running the 2GB in dual channel
