Yeap windows 3.1 rocked :D.

Suprisingly, I never had it freeze on me.

it was just a shell for dos .. couldnt really freeze much unless some of its files were corrupt ... sometimes i just ran dosshell (dos5 onward) instead of windows .... actually i still have the 2 DOS disks and 6 Win3.11 disks in my room i may put it on a partition on my [old IDE] HDD for the laugh .....

u usta be able to run the program manager (from WIN3.*) on 9X machines i think the run command was progman .. dunno if it works on NT Kernel Machines

LOL This is so coincidental.

Me and my friend were out today and saw two PII rig's on teh side of the road. We brought'm to his house and stripped them. I took home some parts to spruice up my sisters PC (PC100 RAM, HDD's) and he kept teh DVD-Rom for his dad.

He's not really into compys but games a lot.

Then I had a helluva time, along with cutting up my hand badly, getting one of the slot 400MHz ones out. I managed to get the heatsink off, we brought it in the garage and fired it up and watched it burn.

Pretty sweet roflmao.

Yep, that was my da.
