Thermolab Trinity Question

I watched TTL's video on this cooler and it looks exactly like what I want just for a slight OC on my new rig. Question is will it work with a Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H and Corsair Vengeance RAM. I hear TTL say it won't have problems with RAM clearance but I'm just making sure.

Also while I'm here I'm getting the Fractal R3 and was wondering if I should buy any extra fans while I'm at it to add to it or if the stock amount of fans will be fine. I'm happy to wait till I get it and see temps to make that decision but just wondering.

Im not sure about the ram but I would replace all the fans f

2x 120MM in the front

1x 120MM in the back

2x 140mm on the top.

Anybody have any idea of the CPU Cooler clearance on the RAM?
