Looks like the same res used in the "Big Water" kit I reviewed a few years ago. The pump simply slides into the res with absolutely nothing to secure the two together and only an o-ring to prevent leaks.

When will they learn...

You know the amount of years they've been in the business isn't it about time they employed some one decent to design there goods for them instead of just being retro and using spare stock ...

This appears to be the same Pump/Res combo I ripped out of my Kandalf LCS case, if it is then it's loud as fook and a waste of time. If they release it at a reasonable price it may be agood option for non-enthusiasts but if it's anywhere near the price of a decent LCS then it'd be like the equivalent of buying your PC from PC World rather than building yourself; a complete waste of money.
