Thermal Compound

i use mx4 for cpu, cheap noconduvtive and has great performance as well it comes off very easily with 70%iso ive used mx4 for over 3 years now and never had a problem,

for gpu i ussually use same cause im lazy to buy it seperatelly, but i think for gpu you need non conductive one, i think on silicon base but i really cant remember, recently my gpu paste dried so i had to repaste and since i only had mx4 lying around, so i used that and no problems so far, around 5-10 off max from the nvidias standard paste

yea i dont mind buying it separate because im buying it all at once and for me i wont to no what the best one is for both

for cpu i'd say the IC diamond 24 is best cpu paste out there in terms of performance but its so hard to clean off when it dries (around £16)

in terms of GPU i would probably go with a silicone or silver based one, something like mx4 or arctic silver 5, silver and silicone arent conductive which are good for cpus and gpu but things like silver arent good with cpus as we know silver is the best electric conductor and if that gets on some pins pretty much your socket will be bricked

I just use mx4 for everything

never let me down, or you can use mayonnaise XDD that works aswell

Ive recently started using the Phobya He grease and it seems really good. Spreads nicely and seems to give a couple of degrees better temps than AS5, wasnt expensive either.
