Gonna be including one of these in my new build, although none of the product listings have the XXX version down as 'Alpha Dog', is that because the XXX edition IS the 'Alpha Dog' edition or because they aren't available yet?

Not sure, all I know is that this product page is for the Alpha Dog and it lists several versions...

Meh, I`ve seen 2 AlphaDog versions to date, at different clock speeds, think one was marked "xxx" - may be something to do with it.

Just about to order one clocked @ 670 stock.

I have a XFX 8800GT XXX and got it last week from scan. Think they were the first batch in of the XXX as they didnt have them on release day of the other 8800GT.

Think they will be good under water thou as thats what seems to limit mine (at the moment using stock cooler)

I think they just upped the voltage to 1.1v on these cards and selling them at a higher price, my POV cost £166 and i've clocked it to 770/1780/1000 stable even playing Crysis.

the stock voltage on the XXX is 1.05 like the other cards

Watercooled and yes did the Bios mod and so far..
