Agreed, I hope developers start using Vulkan more, will be great for platform portability

Might have to with the way they're introducing controls to deny any program being installed outside the Microsoft Store. When enabled it will make Steam utterly useless and alienate the entire PC gaming community

True but we all knew this was going to happen. An API switch is a big thing man and it takes ages for the devs to get into it.
