The ultimate 80mm fan

i have heard so many takes on the best 80mm fan considering cfm and db ratings. im not crazy on silence but a nice whisper would be preferred over a hoover if you get me

i want two of whatever you recommend to go on the side window of my tj05 for even more cooling potential

any chance on a unanimous choice hehe

For a decent combo i say yate loon.

Panflo are supposed to be good but never tried them personaly.

I'm a firm fan of Papst. Their fans are some of the best built that i've ever owned + they are most likely to outlive everything else in your PC.

on the tj05 apparently the utility thingy restricts airflow and ive been told to cut out the metal grill thingies

The newer TJ05's dont use the molded metal grills on the back (however they still do on the front).

hmm anything you get is going to be at least a little whiney as its an 80mm

I have 2 80mm coolermaster fans on mine. They are so much quieter than my old fans. Might not be the king of 80mm fans, but a good compromise between loud and expensive....

i love ma 120mm panaflow,good cfm with not much noise

good build quality too.

i am sure the 80mm ones are just as great.
