give that he is coming from another country we cna let him off :D Money issues so might not get the tickets this week, but I have £90 towards 2. still working out the details, like why I am paying for Miss Pixies ticket... XD
 
Got to be careful drinking on site, as it's a registered place. Luckly enough I've never been caught before, but people in the past have been caught, and kicked off site.

They're also particularly strict on underage drinking, as a old friend of mine when to i29 I believe and he drank way to much (he was 16/17) at the time, and he got parraletic.. passed out and the security guards put him outside at -3c.. he got hypothermia and had to be taken to hospital; he could of died.. since then it's been really strict.
 
Damnit, I'm turning eighteen right there, should've been a day earlier then >:'( I won't drink too much anyway, not remembering anything afterwards is a waste of time and money imo.

And my laptop will handle games fairly well ;) Also at a 1680*1050 res. We'll have to see if someone has a spare rig when the time comes.

Any news on CoD4 omega?
 
I'll almost certainly have a spare rig, because I'll have two SFFs by then, more than happy to bring it along :) not sure about monitors etc though.
 
Got "Purecheese" joining the party as well, so that is at least 3 coming with me :D I will hopefully bring an army!
 
Have been talking with a friend about this, and he suggested going to britain by train. This would probably be cheaper for me because my father can get so called "country tickets" which means I can make the calais crossing for near free.

How easy would travel within the UK be?
 
Easy... You get off in londom im assuming and then you catch the 2hr train to brimingham... Probs can even pick you up from Bham Train Station or worst meet you there and we'd catch the bus to mines...
 
OC3D members should be getting a discount/ VIP pass for this event. Probably find that half, if not all of the people attending (including organisers) have been on this site looking for advice !
 
So who is definitely going? I have just gotten permission from my parents, will probably be coming by train (Dordrecht -> brussel -> London -> birmingham).

I'm going to purchase my ticket by the end of the week depending on how many people say "definitely" now.

Also, are there any people coming not for the whole event but for just a short OC3D meet? Would love to set up a meet with as many members as possible.

I'l defo be there as you know considering your staying at mines :p i know Gav is defo coming with plus 2 iirc and i'm trying to convince Anti to come, McMan is on holiday so hes not anyone else?
