The Last of Us Part 1's 1.0.4 patch promises "framerate optimisations"

Man this game has been a pain in the balls.
I bought it at launch and it turns out I got conned by Kinguin. In very small print it said "The last of us PT1 tr". Nowhere did it mention what that means. Turns out it was a Turkish key ffs. So I asked for a refund, they then wasted my time for two weeks before finally saying they would sell the key and then refund me. Aholes. Paypal refunded me. I don't care if they ban me.
So about 5 days ago when I got the money back I go and buy it from CDkeys. Invalid key. I reported it immediately, they responded back saying they would look into it (I did their 5 step validation thing to show I hadn't stolen the key) and they go silent. Yesterday I asked them WTF was going on, they finally sent me a new key which worked.
Ironically by the time I actually get to bloody play it it should be perfect

I know that feeling is why my new rule is if the game is something i'm really excited for i'll buy direct sometimes the cost saving is a real pain. generally thou it all works out my feeling is staff are pocketting keys.
