I am.... really surprised at the average member I have seen so far. I mean, I expected everyone to be a fat neckbeard like me! ;)

Likewise I'm 33 and keep very fit, I can eat anything and it never has chance to settle.

I eat clean all the time, I treat my body like a finely tuned machine to maintain my BF% at around 12% or less year round while at 220 pounds and slowly increasing the lean mass year by year :)

Not gonna lie, i don't pay much attention to what i eat and i don't visit the scale very often. But 2 days ago i got around to weigh myself and i was at 87KG. I expected to be around 82, i was at 77 2 years ago. But i am a tall guy, at 195cm i am still at my nominal weight, but maybe i got to cut down on eating garbage all the time. There's no way i will sign up for the gym again.

Why not ?

I went there before about 4 years ago and after 6 months i hated it. I had a contract for 1.5 years though, so i kept going but the last 3 months or so i spent walking on the treadmill watching television for 30 minutes two times a week. I just don't get any satisfaction from being able to lift a couple KG more after half a year, it seems so pointless to do sports when the playing part is gone.
There really are only 3 kind of people who go to the gym and only one of them truly enjoys it. The first kind is the passionate gym member which gets satisfied by making progress or beating set goals. The second type is the kind of person which only wants to be fit to be able to pick up girls from the club. The third type has health problems. I don't belong to any of the groups.
I am not even bad at sports, i always enjoyed playing games like football or handball, but i don't want to stick to a fixed schedule like a club would demand.

Well building muscle, A lean physique and strength isn't for everyone bud.

It's all about what is important to you and what you are talented at. I am good at everything based on logic, i rather elaborate on that than spending my precious time building a strong body which has no use to me. As long as i am healthy i am fine with being a weakling.

To each their own and as long as you are happy :)
But to me it's quite important to look in top condition and have a strong lean physique that people who train will look at and admire as my job demands it.
Ever seen a personal trainer who looks like crap ? Lets just say they don't get a lot of clients ^_^

Always had social anxiety so i didn't post any pictures of myself online till the end of last year really, here i am now though

I used to be a Gym nut but that was back when I was Riding Competition level Downhill and working in a timber yard and being the smallest person there, then life throws you a curve ball and completely screws you over like hitting a tree at 30+ Mph at Fort William breaking my collar bone then my mother passed, fiance left me, lost my house, lost my job and hit the bottle bad then rather than being a massive douche about it I beat my self senseless and sorted my self out. Been straight for the last 6 years I still ride hard though it gives me clarity and peace keeping me fit at the same time.

Yea, if it's your job you have to look top notch, else nobody is going to take you seriously.

I've never seen anyone sum up his past life in two sentences.
