The EU as opened an Antitrust investigation into Valve to investigate whether the company is taking part in geo-blocking within Europe, with Bandai Namco, Capcom, Focus Home, Koch Media and ZeniMax also being part of the investigation.

For some reason in Australia we can not buy Hotline Miami 2 also we have edited version of games too like Saints Row IV.

Which sucks cause i want to buy Hotline Miami 2 i have never found out why Valve put it.

TBH I can't see it being valve, it will be your government looking it was refused because of an implied rape

That is due to your laws which prohibit certain actions in games, like drug use and excessive violence.

I feel sorry for you guys, as despite your hard fought for 18+ rating, some titles are still being denied entry into Australia. I hear the term "Nanny State" a lot when this topic is discussed.

With the 18+ rating now in place, Aus is effectively saying that Adults can't watch whatever they want to define what they think is "too violent" or "wrong" to have in films and movies. Very backwards IMHO.

TBH it doesn't make sense when we can buy games like GTA V & Doom (not edited either) and so on which you can say their too violent but a game like Hotline Miami 2 can't be sold here.

Yes i remember with the BS happen around the time when GTA V was coming out.

Also it's the dumbass politicians we have here they're so damn backwards here there so dumb they can't tell a difference between a game & real life.
