I played the beta, It was awful, It looks ok but it's just need for speed rivals online basically but without the shiny graphics Frostbite engine.

The last game that was touted to have the Nvidia treatment was Watch_Dogs, which turned out to be a Dead_Pup. The only edition of The Crew I'll be getting is the GTF, until I've read and watched a few reviews to prove otherwise.

Have you guys played the released game yet? It's proper fun imo, and the fact that you can play the campaign together with your friends is really good I think.

I'm impressed with the game. Took control of the vehicle at the beginning and drove for 5secs before it crashed and Display driver stopped responding.

has the 30fps lock been lifted on The Crew? I know it was possible to change during beta, but the handling and gameplay was unbearable.

I guess its a limitation of the frostbite engine?

In the options you have 30fps or 60fps lock.
