Even if they don't currently have 70% market share, one would have to safely assume the fact after the purchase they will indeed be the massive majority holder in the cloud gaming sphere based on either metric of subscriber count or active cloud users. Otherwise what's the point of making such a large purchase? The 10 year commitments they are purposing are just to satisfy government agencies. They'll still make their money back.
