First of all I would like to say thank you to all the people who suggested and helped me with my components for my first ever build - of course when the parts are ordered I will post pics up on here. But Here is my near final list of parts, Anything that needs changing before I commit next month ^_^ ?

Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz Vengeance Blue (LP) 1.5v £35.99
Intel Core i5 3570K 3.4GHz Socket 1155 6MB Cache £177.45
MSI Z77A-GD55 Z77 Socket 1155 £112.10
Gigabyte HD 7850 OC Windforce X2 975MHz 4800MHz 2GB £161.88
Corsair GS 600W Gaming Series PSU £67.61
Seagate 2TB BARRACUDA 3.5" SATA-III £69.99
Corsair Force Series 3 F120 (120gb) £69.76

Nearly £700

Im going to get a cheap keyboard and mouse for now and then get a decent set for xmas, I know prices change but this is a broad outline. Thanks for the suggestion of 1.5v ram instead of my initial choice, and also im going to over-clock it after xmas too - so i can have some time and money to get a better heat sink for my 3570k.

All the best

Sam :)

Looks very good indeed. 3 things i'd change tho

1. Change the SSD for a Samsung 830 or Crucial M4 as they're more reliable than Sandforce drives such as the Force GT and are actually slightly faster in Windows too (but it's unnoticeable). They're also cheaper than the GT too

2. Change the Seagate drive for a Western Digital drive as they're more reliable. (They're the same price near enough)

3. The Corsair GS600 is great, but you could get the new Seasonic G-550 for just £74 at Overclockers UK, and the Seasonic is a semi-modular 80+ Gold rated unit rather than a Bronze, non-modular unit that the Corsair is.

Mostly reliability, although the Corsair SSD should probably be ok (all things being equal, I'd take the Crucial though).

The WD Green would also use less power since it spins at 5400 max rather than 7200rpm. Assuming you'll be using the SSD for your boot drive and game installs, you won't really need the extra rpm's anyway.

You'd possibly save a bit of money ordering from elsewhere.
The processor is like £20 cheaper at Aria.

Where's the GPU btw?
