Temps seem high?!?!

Rig:
i3 2120 (stock)
hd 6870 xfx double fan cooler (stock)
MSI Z77A-G45
4gb corsair vengeance (in 2nd slot due to overly sized cpu cooler)
500 gb western digital hdd
600 watt corsair cx600v2
coolermaster elite 430

Hey guys i just installed my nzxt 140mm cpu cooler and 4 bit fenix spectre pro fans in my rig about a month or two ago and i was wondering what you guys think of the temps because to me they seem pretty high. =/

idle

cpu:30-33
gpu:37-40

but after about 3-6 hours of gaming on high details the temps go up to

cpu: 45-50
gpu: 55-62

the only thing that i think could be making the temps go up so high is my brothers computer he doesn't have any additional cooling apart from the stock cpu and gpu coolers which i think is feeding hot air into the room also the case that i have is pretty packed full and i don't think that there is much room for air flow with in it. =/

Any thoughts would be great!

Those temps are fine, nothing to worry about

Those temps are more than fine, for an i3 that can be pretty normal but for the gpu that is some fantastic temps

agreed nothing to look at here surprised you say there's not good air flow cause those temps are good

i concour, your temps are where they should be. maybe you might look into some better
case breathing, but for 2°-5° difference.. if anything i'd prolly help the GPU from bar-b-quing
the CPU air supply.
