* If you are in the clan and you say that you can play the game, then dont AFK half way thru.
* Check your rig works before playing.
* If there is a practice session scheduled on the SX server, then be on the SX server an nowhere else.
* If you say you can play on the date and time given, make sure u can, and you dont have to rush off to do some shit.
* If you are a reserve - be on MSN or somefuckingwhere we can get hold of you.

Apart from that, we wasn't organised (due to lack of pre-match training), we didnt listen to eachother, Teamspeak was being fucking abused (turn fucking microphone pickup off for fucks sake!!!) and as a result we got arse raped. Not good!

True True Kemp! I reckon we are all very skilled - whenever we were in a tidy offensive position I noticed some of you just raping the shit outta them! If we can apply all our skills in one direction we'd be a darn good clan. EWA would be left in the dust (not a pun....)

sigh , much of the fuck up was my fault on D2 . We really need to take things through in a slow way.
Firstly no 6v6 matches anymore.
Scrims are supposed to be 5v5 . Period.
Secondly , we need a higher freezetime. A really good way to do this is cal.cfg. Having mods and addons on the server only destroys its registry.
Thirdly, we need to learn to buy and save together. I cannot emphasize strongly enough on this point. When we buy together , then we can better organize the strat .
And stop fucking rushing as a goddamn CT. CTs are supposed to camp on a de_any map. Its common sense. Let the Ts come to you. They are the ones who are attacking.
