CPU blocks these days already have a low flow restriction, these are just minor tweaks to keep sales going.

I love the clear acrylic top on the block. This is what I eventually want for my CPU and GPU water blocks.

I hate everything else about the looks of this block. Very "marmite" as Tom would say. You'll either love it or hate it.
