Super_PI Scores: Show It Off!

Hrmmm, I haven't run Super Pi since I rebuilt my rig... I should give it a shot and see what happens (after I get my new cooling apparatus installed).

Thats not bad. Whats vdroop?

And isnt like the world record 9 seconds?

Vdroop is the amount of sag the rail has compared to what you set the voltage @. Vdroop is the difference between the actual voltage and the set voltage.

I think they've broken in to the 8 second zone now IIRC.

Bit of an old screenie, but the score is still pretty much the same nowdays (despite ram @ 600mhz)

Not too bad for a mild OC and not any real tweaking. Everyday graphics stable and everyday work rig.

Its 3.5ghz at X9 the pic is idle.

On air, I got this. I want more, but I'll have to go to liquid to manage the temps. Perfectly stable, but I'm not sure about which temperature program is right. Better to be safe than have a cooked CPU.

Haven't run this in ages.. but just hit 16.92 seconds

Only at 3ghz right now so might be able to push it a bit faster, 3.6ghz here i come :)

EDIT: CPU up to 3.2ghz still on stock voltage.. down to 15.86 seconds

my best superpi 1m is 15.532sec with the e8400 at stock:p

I can't touch it (= overclock it) because of my parents, it's the 'home'-pc :(

else I'd pump it up to 3.6 - 4.0 Ghz for sure with a TRUE cooler almost breaking my motherboard :)
