With SLRs, the lens is interchangeable. Most SLRs would be able to use a 1:1 Macro lens.

Canon 60D (as I have one, so it was the first that sprang to mind)
Nikon D7000 for the sake of variety.

I have no real knowledge about camera's dude, but tablets. Well.
Maybe have a look at the new Surface? I also know some companies make i3 tablets with windows 8 RTM. Maybe you could check them out?

Take a look at a camera from Fuji as there all in ones are really good mine has nearly the spec's ur after and there are later models than mine which is the s3300, as to the tablet take a look at the Samsung Galaxy Tab im pretty sure they are at the specs you want hope this helps.

The samsung galexy tab would be great but I dont see a way of connececting an ssd to it

Can't you add a ssd dock via the micro usb port where you charge it?
