Stupid (or lazy?) eBay sellers who don't answer questions

If you are trying to sell something, why the hell would you ignore your potential buyers? I'm not going to buy from someone who can't be bothered to answer a simple question, two this week have sold items for less than I would've paid had I got a response from the seller

I'm waiting for a company in Germany to respond to my question with an answer. I sent them a message saying I'm going through Germany next week and was wondering whether you could give me information on your store if you have one. Could you please supply the ZIP code and Phone number.

They responded with, do you want to collect?

lol, I guess English isn't that great but still, I said yes and asked for details again, they have not replied yet but I'm going in 2 days so... hope they reply .
