it is indeed :p

thats what i did in leicester, a btec national diploma in computing. It was the worst thing i did in my life. If anyone is in leicester, never go to leicester college at scabby park!!!

lol .. is it hard or is there just lots to cover

i no theres 18 different areas that you cover :o soo looking forward to it  or not :p

In all honesty it's not equivalent to 3 A-levels... they're always worth the most compared to other courses.

Depends what you want to do after, if it's uni, the BTEC etc is worth just as many UCAS points, however the good unis want A-level grades only, so that kinda narrows your options a bit. If you are up to doing A-levels, do them imo.

if i didnt have to go to college to get a decent job then i wouldnt (like 20 years ago)

basicly il go and do the course get the A-levels which then means i can go into a job more 'easily' and have better pay from the start instead of looking around with just my GCSE's

Its allot of areas to cover in a short space of time but this is the first year the course has been run so there has been some teething problems. I totaly disagree this is the same as alevels as you can get the same as A-E (think its E) then obviosly fail.
