I disable defrag and hibernation.

It's not necessary. However never defrag your SSD, I think it would be okay to leave hibernation on, but it will save space if you turn it off, to check and see if it is off make sure the file hiberfil.sys isn't on your computer.

Quite an old thread to nerco in, but hey-ho.

Personally, if you're dropping the cash on an SSD, you're doing it for the performance. Doing all the necessary tweaks is just getting your money's worth if you ask me...

Things like superfetch wear it out faster and just aren't necessary so that definitely should be off. If you have 8GB of ram or more, you don't really need a pagefile either. So I'd say any/all tweaks are worthit..!
